Character privacy
You can request that your character name be hidden on Forever Pulse. Your character remains visible: its page, statistics and results are kept. Only its name is no longer displayed publicly.
Name hiding keeps the character in rankings and aggregate totals. The planned public label is “Anonymous character”. Other character details remain visible, so this does not provide complete anonymity. Deletion is a separate request.
No Forever Pulse account or sign-in is required. Send support the character page link, or its name and realm, and state that you want only the public name hidden while keeping the character page and data.
Email support
foreverpulsesupport@gmail.com
Support reviews the request and may ask only for the information strictly necessary to check it. Never send a password, Battle.net sign-in code or token.
This link opens your email application with a suggested message. It does not send the email or confirm receipt or name hiding.
Email is a request channel. A procedure that hides only the name across all public surfaces while keeping the character page and data has not yet been validated. Name hiding is not confirmed by sending a request.
Planned steps, once compatible character ownership verification is available:
Battle.net sign-in identifies your login account; it does not prove character ownership. A declarative beta claim remains unverified and never authorizes name hiding. Signing in does not unlock this feature during the beta.
